Since 1979, Aerodyne have been providing fuel-saving truck aerodynamic devices to fleet operators across the globe.
Road transport accounts for 10% of global emissions and its emissions are rising faster than any other sector. This thrusts the global supply chain to the forefront of the climate change debate with fleet operators being asked to achieve a fully zero emission fleet by 2035.
Many believe alternative fuels do not yet provide a fully viable solution which means that optimising efficiencies on a diesel fleet through improved aerodynamics becomes key to their sustainability strategy.
Aerodyne are continuing to grow as a business and had identified a leasehold property that they wanted to take on in Peterborough.
Ryan Kingston (Managing Director) of Aerodyne had started the negotiations with the Landlord’s agent, but soon realised there was a lot more involved that he first thought.
He said “We didn’t want to miss any key details so reached out to Jonathan at the Lease Negotiator for some professional lease advice.
Jonathan was very easy to deal with and realistic in negotiations – he got us a good deal whilst keeping the landlord’s agent and landlord on side. He was a good sounding board about the lease terms and the possible implications that certain clauses could have on the business.
Reaching out to the Lease Negotiator was well worth the investment; you will pay more than Jonathan’s fee if you make a mistake.”
Jonathan, The Lease Negotiator, commented. “I am pleased that Ryan reached out, and we could provide the reassurance he was looking for. Lease negotiations on the face of it can appear very simple, but in reality, they are complex and even very simple mistakes can prove very costly to your business”.
