I was first introduced to the team at Glorious Logistix in May of this year. They wanted to renew the lease of their warehouse in Harlow, but discussions with the landlord’s agent had reached a bit of an impasse.
The market had moved significantly since they first took on the warehouse 5 years ago and they were facing an 80% increase in the rent. A massive increase, alongside all the other increased costs of running a business.
