A commercial lease is a legally binding contract, which will have an end date (termed lease expiry) which is referenced in the lease. If your lease is not about to end, does you lease contain a tenant break clause, allowing you to exit the lease earlier. Break clauses within commercial leases are normally subject to service of notices and are subject to conditions, which are outlined within the lease. For example, does the landlord want the property back?
