When you sell second-hand cars, you need a lot of space to store the vehicles. Which was the challenge JJ Premium Cars were facing. Johan had set the company up 6 years ago and he now wanted to expand the business.

A suitable bigger site had already been identified and he had started the negotiations. There was a lot of back and forth between the parties with different angles being considered. In the end, the landlord felt it wasn’t working for him and the site fell through.
