Adam, founder of Native Space, first found us through our website. He was launching a venture in the UK and wanted assistance in finding the right space for his business.  

Our initial meeting was one of discovery, it was important to understand what Adam was wanting to achieve and what the space was to be used for. 

We were Initially tasked with finding an office space.  We presented a few options and viewed them with Adam.  It became apparent over the course of these visits that whilst the cost of the space was within budget, the fit out costs would be significant.  So Adam went back to the drawing board and investigated whether the concept could work from an industrial unit.  It was decided it could and the focus of our search was changed.  We identified a fantastic industrial space that suited their business model and budget.

Next we negotiate the lease terms. This is where we leverage decades of industry experience and market knowledge to garner our client a great lease deal.  New businesses often encounter challenges during lease negotiations as they don’t have any track record which often leads to them being heavily penalised by landlords. To combat this, we negotiated a rent deposit that allowed us to secure a favourable lease and at the same time satisfying the landlords concerns for leasing their industrial space to a new business.
