Meet The Lease Negotiator Founder - Jonathan Hand BSc(Hons) MRICS
Jonathan started his career as a commercial property agent in the late 1980’s advising landlords and property owners. It was during this time he recognised that tenants and businesses are seriously underrepresented. For the past decade, Jonathan has been working to re-address that inequality. Working on behalf of growing businesses he has helped over 200 businesses through their commercial property journey. Acting on your behalf Jonathan will always go above and beyond to negotiate a fair deal. He is incredibly passionate about his role and responsibilities. He works diligently to ensure that any agreements or decisions made exceed your expectations.
